Following our initial meeting with Michael we engaged with him and his team at KSM Telecom & IT in December 2019. Our initial project was a 100/100mb fibre ethernet circuit. This was concluded quicker than we all imagined and has been working perfectly since day one. Shortly after we embarked on a project of installing a 25 extension cloud based hosted voice system that included a complete remote working solution, which given the COVID19 issue that ensued a few weeks later made our staff as efficient as if they were in the office.
A complete IT refresh followed involving further remote access and pushing everything to the cloud. KSM Telecom & IT rolled out their Microsoft Azure Cloud Server solution with Windows Virtual Desk Top. This was made especially difficult as they needed to integrate our cloud based Proclaim Software product. Needless to say, and based on experience to date, the process was smooth and the project delivered on time. Needless to say that when it came time to review our mobiles and NGN requirements, Michael and the team again have worked expertly for us.
As with all of the projects we have worked with KSM Telecom & IT, Michael and his team on, they have been first class. With any IT project, especially when you move from antiquated legacy systems, they can be full of surprises and issues. Along the way KSM were able to assist, advise and fix any issues or problems that arose.
